Yesterday was my Chloe's 5th birthday. I cannot believe how quickly times flies. She is so funny I decided to tell you some of the funny thing she has said.
We were at the zoo with Grandma Froggy. She decided to buy everyone an ice cream cone. Chloe was staring at the menu. Grandma "Chloe, what would you like?" Chloe "Duh I can't read!"
We were at a Bar B Q in Idaho and a huge spider decided to come as well. My Aunt Cathie squished it. The next day Chloe was talking to Aunt Jan and Uncle Ard. She said "That Cathie is so cool. She killed that spider. She is going to be a great Spider Killer when she grows up."
Chloe came to Grandpa Stretch crying her eyes out. Chloe "my wand is broken" Grandpa Stretch "Oh I'm so sorry. What happened?" Chloe "I hit Hannah on the head with it and SHE broke it with her head."
We were in the lobby of the eye doctor waiting for Hannah. The lobby was decorated for Halloween. Chloe said "This place is disgusting. There are cob web all over the place. I'm waiting out side it is gross in here."
Sunday's we go to Grandpa Stretch's for dinner. Usually the kids hardly eat anything and then proceed to find treats in the cupboard. Chloe asked me 10 times if she could have some Oreo Cookies. Ten times I told her no, not until she eats her dinner. Finally she sang me a song. "I am on my tippy toes,
Can I please have Oreos?"
Also at Sunday dinner, Chloe wanted some pie that Grandpa had for dessert. I told her she had to eat one more bite of her steak and she could be done. Chloe "I don't want to. It takes too long to chew."
I don't know what I would do with out my Chloe to keep me laughing. She is a great kid.
