Well, where do I begin? We had the best time ever! Let me start off by saying that it was 85 degrees or warmer every day. I did get sun burned one day. I also have almost 400 pictures to show you, so any time you want to come over I will show you ALL of them.
This first picture is Alan feeding the ostriches in Curacao. I did it also, but was terrified of the birds. I am working on getting that video posted. We also went to a Aloevera Plantation. Have you ever tasted Aloe juice? Very bitter, I didn't like it. It is supposed to be very cleansing and very healthy. Maybe it is an aquired taste.
The second picture is our home for 11 days. It was huge. I was always getting turned around. We had a balcony off our suite. That was great for the day we were in the Panama Canal.
The next picture is us in Aruba. We rented a Jeep and got very muddy. The water is so blue, we could have stayed there forever.
The next picture is called Living Fences. This was in Costa Rica, but living fences were also in Nicaragua and Guatemala. They take a branch and stick it in the ground. Then they string barbed wire between the branches. As the tree grows the tree trunk closes in around the wire. I thought is was awesome.
We saw volcanoes, Jan and I went river rafting and got attacked by birds. We went to OLD monestaries, and went shopping every chance we could get.
We ate everything in sight. I tried lobster, escargo, beef wellington, crab legs, and scallops. Some I liked and some I didn't. Alan was more brave than I and tried duck and lamb as well.
Ard and Jan went with us, or we went with them. They are excellent travel companions. I had a great time with them.
I'll post more pictures soon. I have many other stories to tell, such as the smother man and the terry man.

You're back! I can't wait to see pics and hear more stories. So, uh, when is the picture party? Jan told me some of the things you all did, I can't stinking believe all the places you went to. How fun!!
Seriously. It's freezing here. I'm soooo jealous.

Sounds like you guys had a lot of fun. The 85 degree weather sounds really nice right now. I like the snow, but I am ready for Spring. Thanks for the info on Hawaii.
I'm so jealous! Sorry I haven't been able to check anyones blogs for quite sometime. But it is the long weekend and I'm trying to catch up. I want to go on a cruise so badly! I think Codey would just throw up the whole time. Did you like the cruiseline and the places you went?
